I like it when two different producers sample the same song. This time it’s also a good chance to write a bit about B. Lewis and Ambassadeurs who I wanted to post about for a while and didn’t quite get to.

B. Lewis is (yet another) super gifted beatmaker from California, and his latest 30 tracks long (!) release Science Within Reason is one sweet ride through electronic shiny future funky beats. Highly recommended. Grab it here.

Ambassadeurs AKA Mark Dobson, on the other hand, crafts his beats in Brighton, and has less of an electronic tendency, drawn more towards the groove and dubbed out sounds. Check out his soundcloud and bandcamp, and keep an eye out on him as he seems to have quite a lot planned for the near future.

Both these gifted dudes make very musically rich tunes, and it’s interesting to see the different approaches they bring with them when sampling this one (do you recognize it btw? cause I don’t..). Have a listen:
